Synthetic Rattan Furniture

What is Q Line warranty policy for Synthetic Rattan Furniture?
For synthetic rattan furniture, Q Line offers a 3-year limited warranty for residential application, covering all defects in wickerwork and synthetic materials. This warranty will be effective for 3 years from the date of purchase or goods receipt. In case of any abnormal, violent, or abusive use of the furniture will void this warranty. For more details of warranty, please contact Q Line representatives or our dealers nearby.

What would be our corrective measures?
Q Line will repair or, at our option, replace any part of the product of the entire product if found defective in wickerwork or synthetic material. Repair or replacement will be made at no cost to you, if all warranty conditions meet. Inspection may be required by our or dealer representative, prior to repair or replacement.

How do you contact us for this warranty service?
Just contact authorized Q Line dealer, or if they are not reachable you can directly contact our customer service. The dealer will then verify the problem and notify us. Then you are requested to supply the dealer with evidence on date of purchase, model number and other product details. Photos may be taken to help our QC department to examine the problem area. We will do what are necessary to fulfill this warranty service for you.

Q line sales proposition can be differentiated into 4 categories, consisting of both standard items and custom-made items:-
1. Q Line Standard, In-store items
2. Q Line Standard, Re-order Items
3. Q Line Custom-made items
4. Q Line e-commerce items

These 4 categories will determine the timing of order, minimum quantity order, delivery time, transit time, terms and mode of shipment, trade terms, terms and mode of payment, final packing, service and warranty.

Order Confirmation:
Once you have reviewed Q Line online catalog and have come to a decision you can either come in person to our showrooms or any of our dealers’ locations, email us with you order, or simply give us a call. Every order will be personally processed to ensure precise accuracy. We are happy to assist you with any questions or concerns you might have before placing your order.

Prices and Specifications:
All prices and specifications on Q Line online catalog are subject to change at anytime, without prior notice.

Shipment Policy

Lead Time of Shipment *
• For in-store items and e-commerce items posted on Q Line website,
-- > shipment can be expected within 1-3 weeks.
• For re-order items
-- > shipment can be expected approx. 3-6 weeks.
• For custom-made items
-- > shipment can be expected up to 9 weeks.
• In the case of direct container shipment cargo, above lead time still does not include the transit time of vessel shipment or air cargo delivery from port of discharge or export to final destinations at overseas’ import port.


Delivery Service:
Delivery charges are determined by the final delivery address and will be finalized at the time of your order placement.

When your merchandise arrives:
Please be prepared to inspect your order once it arrives. Please **Do not Sign** bill of lading or delivery invoice until you are reasonably sure the merchandise has been delivered in good condition. Should you discover any damage, it is your responsibility to notify us immediately. You must sign on the bill noting any damage detected. Although damage claims are rare, they can happen. Your order is fully insured against any freight damage; however it must be noted on the bill. A signed bill of lading or delivery invoice without any notes of damage is considered as receipt in perfect condition.

Responsibility of the Customer:
The customer is fully responsible to ensure all furniture purchased from Q Line or Charoen Somprasong Co., Ltd. and its dealer will fit throughout your pathway leading to the desired final destination. If there is any doubt, the customer should call one of our locations to verify all dimensions prior to order placing.

In case the furniture does not fit into the customers’ desired final destination and should there be any return, the customer will be responsible for all delivery charges and will be issued a credit note for the full amount of the order.

* Note on Lead Time of Shipment:
Lead time may be subject to possible delays during ocean freight transit as well as by customs inspections of each particular importing country. We will keep you informed of any delay as soon we receive the information from our customs broker agent.
